During each preliminary round, contestants will be evaluated by a panel of judges. The judges will determine who moves on to the next round, with an additional contestant moving on based on the amount of votes he/she receives through on-line voting. The public will be allowed to vote at a price of $1 per vote ($5 minimum) and the leading vote getter will automatically advance to the final show.

Online voting starts September 13, 2010, ends September 20, 2010 at 12:00 pm.
Money (Votes) can Also be dropped off at the Delaware Gazette.

The final show this year will again return to the Delaware County fairgrounds, where up to 12 finalists will be selected solely based on judge's opinions.
1 finalist will be selected by popular vote, (most money votes).
