These competitors will go on to the Grand Finale September 25 at The Delaware County Fair.

 GRAND FINALE There will be no public vote as judges will be solely responsible for selecting winners. The top contestant  will be awarded the title of Grand Prize Winner.

All judges’ decisions are final.
