An Ostrander man was arrested Saturday morning and charged with the shooting death of his wife, a crime that has shocked this small community.

The shooting happened at 8960 Mills Road and was the result of a domestic dispute, officials said.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the scene at 8:07 a.m. Saturday and discovered 43-year-old Mary Fry had been shot. Her husband, 40-year-old Daniel L. Fry was taken into custody. He is currently being held in the Delaware County Jail and is charged with murder.... Cont'd
