Local governments along the Olentangy River are being asked to partner in developing a balanced growth plan for the watershed’s future.

Twenty-six communities have planning authority over part of the watershed, including 10 in Delaware County. The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, a public planning agency, needs at least 75 percent of those communities to commit to participating in a Watershed Planning Partnership before Nov. 30 to qualify for a grant to study the river and develop a growth plan.... Cont'd
