Delaware County Habitat for Humanity will again try for a single-family housing development in Delaware city, a move that sparked opposition when previously attempted in 2002.

Habitat’s Liberty Village subdivision would include 20 single family lots on 7.56 acres located south of Oak Grove Cemetery on 334 S. Sandusky St., west of Magnolia Drive and east of the Delaware Bible Church baseball field. The lot is currently owned by the Oak Grove Cemetery Association.... Cont'd
