In an election evening where anything was possible, all three at-large Delaware City Council incumbents took home victories.

City mayor Windell Wheeler, vice mayor Carolyn Riggle and councilman Gary Milner defeated four challengers in Tim Dodge, Steve Hill, Keith Mangine and Ed Paxton. Wheeler, Riggle and Milner all were present at the Delaware County Board of Elections Tuesday night and happy with their wins.... Cont'd
