Powell City Council voted unanimously on Wednesday to approve a zoning amendment defining pedestrian scale design and encouraging its usage in planned districts.

The amendment includes a 10-page manual describing pedestrian scale design in broad strokes. Some design features in the manual include eye-pleasing facades, street-orientated buildings and paths welcoming pedestrian circulation.... Cont'd
