Making a furry friend


Children participating in the YMCA’s Youth Police Academy got to pet Argo, a Delaware city police dog, Wednesday morning. Argo and Officer David Sturman gave the children a demonstration of Argo’s ability to smell drugs and other objects. This is the first year of the program and includes physical fitness segments and lessons on the basics of police and detective work.
