Delaware police report:

An elderly man was lost at Kroger on North Houk Road Thursday just before 1 a.m. Police reported he appeared to be very confused and was wandering the store. He told police he had been driving for a long time and wasn’t sure of his location. Police checked his information and learned he had been reported as a missing or endangered person in Massillon, Ohio. He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for evaluation and his family was notified of his whereabouts.

A woman reported a fraud attempt Wednesday afternoon at her home on Westwood Avenue. The woman told police she received an email that claimed she defaulted on a loan and, unless she paid the full amount, legal action would be taken. The woman said she had never done business with the company or taken out a loan like that. A report was taken and an investigation is ongoing.

A boyfriend and girlfriend got in a fight at their apartment on Tanglewood Drive Wednesday night. Police learned the couple had argued about another acquaintance and separated the couple for the night. Neither party wished to press charges.
