Delaware police report:

A 21-year-old passenger was non-responsive during a traffic stop in the area of West William Street Friday about 3:15 a.m. Firefighters were called, performed CPR and transported the man to Grady Memorial Hospital. Police report the man was pronounced dead at the hospital and that signs point to a drug overdose. The driver was not cited.

Police found drugs at the scene of an auto accident on Columbus Pike Thursday morning. Police report they were investigating an injury crash in the area of Columbus Pike and Cotswold Drive when they discovered several pieces of drug paraphernalia in one of the vehicles. The items were taken by police and an investigation is ongoing. Police are working to determine the ownership of the items.

A ex-boyfriend trying to move out was assaulted by his former girlfriend at her home on North Sandusky Street Thursday morning. The man called police to keep the peace while he moved out. The ex-girlfriend was gone before officers arrived and the man refused to press charges against the woman. A report was taken for documentation.
