Delaware police report:

Officers patrolling South Sandusky Street on foot detected the odor of marijuana Sunday at about 1:30 a.m. The officers followed the scent and found two men smoking marijuana in a car. Both men were charged with possession of marijuana.

A Chromebook was stolen from Delaware Hayes High School Friday morning. The computer is valued at $200.

A mother reported her daughter had stolen a cellphone Friday afternoon at a home on Boulder Drive. The mother said the daughter had a phone that she never bought and assumed her daughter had stolen it. The daughter told police she owned the phone legally and simply hid it from her mother. Police are investigating.

Three men were found in a car at Blue Limestone Park Saturday night. Officers said two of the three men were smoking marijuana. The two men were charged with possession of marijuana.
