Crews lay foundation for Hayes expansion

Crews from Robertson Construction Services work on building the foundation for the new science wing at Delaware Hayes High School Tuesday afternoon. The new wing will add 22 new classrooms and extend from the east side of the building. Crews broke ground on the new wing on March 2 and the expansion is expected to be completed by the start of the 2017-18 school year.
