Delaware police report:

An intoxicated man was trespassing at a yard on North Washington Street Tuesday night. Police learned the man had been warned about trespassing at that address. He was arrested and charged with criminal trespass before being taken to the Delaware County Jail.

A man was threatened by his neighbor Tuesday night at his home in the 400 block of Cobblestone Drive. The man told police his neighbor threatened bodily harm with a firearm after a dispute over security lights. The neighbor acknowledged the argument but denied making threats. He was arrested, charged with aggravated menacing and taken to the Delaware County Jail.

Marijuana was found Wednesday about 2:50 a.m. during a traffic stop on North Union Street. Police pulled over a car for a traffic violation and found the drug during a search of the car. A woman was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
