Trout tourney in Ashley

The annual Ashley Trout Fishing Tournament was held Saturday at Newman Park Reservoir. The young competitors caught catfish that weighed more than five pounds and trout that weighed more than a pound. The winners were, front row, left to right, Gabby Beaver, Lydia Coon and Charlie Bartram; and back row, left to right, Leslie Kimes, Savanna Burwell and Georgia Davis. Not pictured is Owain Hitchings.
