State Route 315 southbound will be closed at U.S. 23 from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday to install a new storm sewer, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation. The detour is U.S. 23 south to State Route 750 west to SR 315. SR 315 northbound traffic will be maintained with flaggers at the U.S. 23 intersection. All lanes will be open by 3 p.m.
