Delaware Police Officer Bob Hatcher leads Willis Intermediate School students to school Wednesday morning on “National Bike to School Day.” Willis students met before school across the street, behind the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, and walked, biked and skated to work after learning about helmet and road safety earlier in the week. Some students were also fitted and given free bike helmets before the event.
