Workers from Facemyer Co., a construction company out of Sunbury, were paving the pickleball courts at Blue Limestone Park in Delaware Friday morning. The pickleball courts are just one of a series of improvements — including 24,000 square feet of concrete and new storm drains — being done at the city-owned park.
