Delaware police report:

A 33-year-old woman came to the lobby of the police department Saturday to report that the frozen remains of her dead cat had been stolen from her vehicle that morning. The woman told police she had the remains frozen after she had the cat put to sleep because she couldn’t afford a cremation yet. The theft occurred in the 100 block of London Road. Police have no suspects.

A 22-year-old man and a 35-year-old man were arrested Saturday morning just after midnight after getting into a fight at Roop Brothers Bar on Union Street. Both men were charged with disorderly conduct.

A 25-year-old man and a 39-year-old man were found fighting near the 800 block of Houk Road Saturday morning just before 3 a.m. Police spoke to the men and neither man wanted to press charges.

Police were asked to check on the well-being of a resident of Hickory Lane Sunday morning. The woman declined police help.

A man came to the lobby of the police department Sunday morning to report his daughter’s friend’s bicycle had been stolen during a sleep-over at a residence on Central Avenue. The bike was reportedly worth $200. Police have no suspects.

A mother reported that both of her children’s bikes were stolen overnight Saturday from a residence on North Washington Street. The bikes were valued together at $50.

A cellphone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the Meijer parking lot Sunday afternoon.

Powell police report:

Officers responded to the area of Woods Hollow Lane on the report of a prowler Sunday morning just after midnight. Police located a 15-year-old and charged him with obstructing official business.
