Delaware police report:

A resident on North Washington Street reported a woman was screaming outside her home Tuesday just after 6:15 a.m. Police arrived and spoke to the woman, whom they determined was intoxicated. The intoxicated woman was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct via intoxication.

Items were stolen from a home on West William Street Tuesday, the resident told police. More than $700 worth of items included cameras, cash and spare keys. Police say they have a suspect in the case.

A dog reportedly got loose from its chain and bit another dog in the area of West Harrison Street Sunday afternoon. Police gave the owner of the dog a quarantine notice but no charges were filed.
