Robot competition

Students in the Delaware Area Career Center’s middle school science and technology camp are working with robots this week. From left to right, Jack Martin, Chirag Ghosh, Jacob Braniger and Logan Wright were preparing to operate their robots during the robotics portion of the camp. The camp ran three days and participants got to build and program their own robots, then compete in the VEX Robotics Competition. In this competition, the teams have to use their two robots to collect as many cubes as possible or use the robots to stack pegs together for points. The contest used official VEX Robotics rules but was not part of any official competition.
