Delaware police report:

An American flag was reported stolen from Veterans Memorial Bridge on East Winter Street Friday afternoon. The caller also told police they spotted two males walking away from the bridge and one reportedly had a flag. The flag and the flag pole were reportedly worth more than $65. An investigation is pending.

Maintenance staff at Grady Memorial Hospital contacted police to inform them of a theft Friday morning. Staff told police that someone went into a mechanical area of the building and stole copper piping valued at $4,600. An investigation is ongoing.

A person was sleeping in her car in Oak Grove Cemetery Saturday morning. Police contacted the woman and found she was in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was issued a summons for possession.

A pistol was stolen from a vehicle parked on Pennsylvania Avenue Sunday morning. The owner reported a Smith & Wesson Mp9F 9mm semi-automatic pistol and a brown leather case were stolen from the vehicle overnight. The combined valued of the items is $641.
