Delaware police report:

An intoxicated man was creating a disturbance when he was screaming in the area of Wells Street Monday night. Police contacted with the man and learned he was intoxicated. Police took the man into custody and charged him with disorderly conduct via intoxication.

Items were stolen from a car parked in a parking lot on North Sandusky Street Monday morning. Police report the vehicle was unlocked, They have no suspects.

Powell police report:

An officer took a criminal damaging report at the skate park on Adventure Drive after someone drew images and writing in the concrete of the ground and walls of the park. No arrests have been made.
