Delaware police report:

A car was stopped for having only one working headlight Wednesday at 12:31 a.m. on South Sandusky Street near London Road. However, during the stop, police found the driver possessed marijuana paraphernalia and cited her for possession.

A probationer turned in a letter from a medical professional that police determined to be forged Wednesday. Police were contacted about the letter by the Adult Court Services Office. An investigation is ongoing.

A man violated a protection order when he showed up at a business on North Franklin Street Wednesday night. A woman who took the protection order out against him told police that he had repeatedly text-messaged her throughout the day and learned she was at her place of employment. She contacted police and informed them of the situation. Police learned her workplace was one of several locations he is prohibited from visiting. He was arrested and charged with violation of a protection order. He was then taken to the Delaware County Jail.
