Delaware police report:

An employee at Clancey’s Pub flagged officers down Sunday at about 2 a.m. and reported two men had attempted to assault another patron outside the pub. Officers spoke to the two men in question and one was found to be in possession of a marijuana pipe. He was issued a citation for possession of marijuana paraphernalia. The owner of Clancey’s Pub then asked that the men be issued criminal trespass warnings and asked not to return to the bar.

A car was stolen when the owner went to pick up a pizza at Marco’s Pizza Monday afternoon. A woman left the car unlocked and the keys in the ignition and returned to find the car had been stolen.

A woman’s car was attacked Monday afternoon. Police said the woman was parked legally while she was waiting to pick up her child from Woodward Elementary School on South Washington Street when a South Washington resident approached her and complained about where she was parked. The resident then began to strike her car and damaged the car’s mirror. Officers identified the resident and issued a citation for her to appear in Delaware Municipal Court to face charges of criminal damaging and disorderly conduct.
