Delaware police report:

Two cartons of cigarettes and a 42-inch television were stolen from an apartment on North Washington Street Monday. Police report the total value of the stolen items was more than $680. Police have no suspects.

A leaf blower was stolen from the back of a truck while it was parked in the 400 block of Grand Circuit Boulevard Monday morning. Police have no suspects.

A woman stole items and attempted to return them for cash Monday at the Aldi store on Sunbury Road. Employees contacted police but the woman had gone before they arrived. An investigation is pending.
