Delaware police report:

A 16-year-old female was caught, returned to her home and issued an unruly child charge after officers responded to a runaway juvenile call about 1 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers received a 3 a.m. call Tuesday morning about a mailbox on fire at an address on Vista Ridge Drive. No one was found at the scene, but a cigarette was found in the burned area.

A report of arson was taken early Tuesday morning in the area of Lakes of Cheshire after a portable restroom was set on fire. Police have no suspects.

An outdoor speaker was reported to be stolen from a new home build on Ferguson Drive.

An unlocked, blue bike was reported stolen from an address on David Street.

A small child was found walking in the roadway unsupervised on South Liberty Street Tuesday evening. The child was returned to his mother and a report was sent to Children’s Services for review.
