Delaware police report:

A couple called to report they were fighting at their home on Eaton Street Sunday just before 12:50 a.m. Police arrived and spoke to the boyfriend and girlfriend, who alleged the other physically attacked them. Officers observed physical evidence of a fight, including broken dishes, and noticed the couple had minor injuries. Police determined the girlfriend was the primary aggressor and she was arrested and charged with domestic violence.

Police charged a 49-year-old man with abusing harmful intoxicants Sunday afternoon at Walgreens on London Road after was spotted inhaling a “dust remover” compressed aerosol can.

A woman living on Stockard Loop reported that a substance had been smeared on the side of her home. Police took a criminal damaging report but have no suspects. Police say the substance was a thick, sticky substance believed to be lard or shortening of some type.

A man dropped a box full of writings to his ex-girlfriend’s mother at her workplace in the 300 block of South Sandusky Friday evening. The ex-girlfriend reported the event to police because she has a protection order prohibiting the man from attempting to contact her. The man was arrested and charged with violating a protection order.
