Grand jury issues indictments

A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments Friday in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

• Sara N. Burnett, of Richwood, Ohio, on one charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Adrienne C. Winston, of Hilliard, on two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies.

• Brooklyn N. Brooks, of Westerville, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Austin K. Hill, at large, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• David D. Coleman, of Columbus, on two felony counts of possession of drugs.

• Ashley N. Lowe, of 43 Spencer St., Delaware, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Jeremy L. Thorne, of 163 E. Central Ave., Delaware, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Gregory Jacobs, of Columbus, on a count of trafficking in drugs, a first-degree felony; and a count of possession of drugs, a first-degree felony.

• Colin D. Siders, of Sunbury, on three counts of trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felonies.

• Linda D. Perry, of 1241 Rivercrest Drive, Unit F, Delaware, on a count of illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto the grounds of detention facility or institution, a third-degree felony; and a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Joseph C. Broderick, of Cincinnati, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Antonio T. Bonney, of 222 Curtis St., apt. 403, Delaware, on a count of trafficking in drugs and a count of possession of drugs, third-degree felonies.

• Joshua M. Seeley, of Westerville, on seven counts of theft, one third-degree felony, three fifth-degree felonies and three first-degree misdemeanors; seven counts of receiving stolen property, one fourth-degree felony, four fifth-degree felonies and two first-degree misdemeanors; and one count of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony.

• Christopher M. Moon, of Westerville, on three counts of theft, two fifth-degree felonies and one first-degree misdemeanor; three counts of receiving stolen property, two fifth-degree felonies and one first-degree misdemeanor; and one count of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony.

David L. Lataster, of Cambridge, Ohio, on one count of violating protection order, a fifth-degree felony.

Arraignments in Delaware County Common Pleas Court have not been scheduled.
