Grand Jury issues indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Friday in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

Brent Rardon, of Powell, on two counts of trafficking in drugs, one second-degree felony and one fourth-degree felony and two counts of possession of drugs, one second-degree felony and one fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been scheduled for Nov. 4 at 9:30 a.m.

Romeo R. Williams, of Columbus on six counts of forgery, a count of possessing criminal tools, all fifth-degree felonies and a count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has been set for Sept. 30 at 9:45 a.m.

Danny L. Hunley, of Mount Gilead on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 4 at 9:15 a.m.

Dylan J. Benjamin, of 1266 Hanover Road, Delaware, on five counts of theft, four fifth-degree felonies and one first-degree misdemeanor; and three counts of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for Oct. 21 at 8:45 a.m.

Arraignments in common pleas court for the remaining individuals have not been set.

Michael S. Smith, of Columbus, on a count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony and one count of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor.

David R. Morris, of 39 N. Sandusky St., Delaware, on a count of breaking and entering and one count of forgery, fifth-degree felonies as well as one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Cierra N. Lewis, of 10 Maple St., Delaware, on two counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

Charles L. Thompson, of Delaware, on a count of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony and two counts of theft, one fifth-degree felony and one first-degree misdemeanor.

Christopher A. Haycock, of Columbus, on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

James L. Overturf, of 339 Pinecrest Court, Delaware, on five counts of theft, four fifth-degree felonies and one first-degree misdemeanor; and four counts of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies.

Alyssa G. Ramey, of Ashley, on a count of endangering children, a third-degree felony.

Jennifer L. Fisher, of Ashley, on a count of endangering children, a third-degree felony.

Timothy A. Koch, of Louisville, Kentucky, on one count of burglary, a second-degree felony and one count of assault, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Nicholas Gill, of Sunbury, on one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.
