Grand Jury issues indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury indicted a pair of central Ohio residents after police found dozens of fraudulent credits cards during a traffic stop in August.

The grand jury returned an indictment Friday charging 25-year-old Tommy L. Edwards, of Columbus, with six counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies and two counts of misuse of credit cards, first-degree misdemeanors; and charging Kiara M. Mitchell, 26, of Canal Winchester, with 16 counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies and two counts of misuse of credit cards, first-degree misdemeanors.

Arraignments for the pair have not yet been set in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.

Other individuals indicted by the grand jury included:

Keven A. Mendez, of Lewis Center, on one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

Isaac J. Covey, of Heath, Ohio, on four counts of rape, first-degree felonies and one count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony.

Ahmed A. Rayner IV, on one count of domestic violence, a fifth-degree felony.

Charles F. Ingram, of Delaware, on five counts of rape, a first-degree felony; three counts of unlawful sexual conduct, a third-degree felony and five counts of illegal use of minor in nudity oriented material, second-degree felonies.

Jayson L. Ferguson, of Mount Vernon, on one count of escape, a third-degree felony; one count of assault, a fifth-degree felony and a count of obstructing official business, also a fifth-degree felony.

Jennifer D. Caiceros, of Columbus, on five counts of theft, one fourth-degree felony, two fifth-degree felonies and two first-degree misdemeanors.

April M. Michael, of 2807 Berlin Station Rd. Delaware, on four counts of theft, two fourth-degree felonies and two fifth-degree felonies as well as five counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.

Timothy W. Smith, of Columbus, on a count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

Christopher R. Linton, of Columbus, on two counts of burglary, second-degree felonies and two counts of theft, first-degree misdemeanors.

Richard A. Heskett, of Columbus, on two counts of burglary, second-degree felonies and two counts of theft, first-degree misdemeanors.

Tera E. Adkins, of Sunbury, on two counts of theft, one third-degree felony and one fifth-degree felony.

Matthew A. Jordan, of Sunbury, on two counts of theft, one third-degree felony and one fifth-degree felony.

Arraignments in Common Pleas Court have not yet been set.
