Delaware police report:

A caller reported an aggressive man Tuesday around 3:15 a.m. at The Hamburger Inn. Police arrived and found the man was intoxicated and unable to take care of himself. He was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct via intoxication.

A traffic stop was conducted at the area of Hill Street and Curtis Street Sunday around 3:33 a.m. During the stop they learned the driver, a 20-year-old female, was intoxicated and arrested her. She was charged with OVI and underage consumption of alcohol.

An Ohio Wesleyan University student told the public safety office that she was robbed at knife-point in the area of 61 South Sandusky Street Sunday around 1:45 a.m. However, the student later told police it never happened. No charges were filed.

Powell police report:

A vandalism report was taken after a shelter house at the skate park on Adventure Drive was spray painted on Aug. 31.

A traffic stop was conducted in the area of Trail Edge Circle Monday. During the traffic stop, police determined the driver was intoxicated and the man was taken into custody and charged with OVI.
