The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium has partnered with Liberty Township for the first time to create “Liberty Township Days at the Zoo” this Saturday and Sunday. Township residents will be able to go to the zoo for $10 on either day with a coupon.

Matt Huffman, township administrator, said residents that are already members of the zoo can take a friend for free.

“The township approached the zoo,” Huffman said. “The zoo came up with the program.”

Children will also be able to touch trucks on Saturday at the zoo during the Touch-a-Truck event.

Coupons are required and available at the Liberty Township offices at 10104 Brewster Lane, Powell.
