Delaware police report:

A fight was reported in the 100 block of South Franklin Street Monday night. One party told police that a brick was thrown through the windshield of their car and the other party alleged they had been struck, but not injured, by the first party and their car. Police report the entire situation seems to stem from an ongoing disagreement between two women. An investigation is ongoing and no charges have been filed.

Police assisted the Ohio Highway Patrol with a traffic accident Wednesday afternoon in the U.S. 23 and Cotswold Drive. During the investigation of the accident, police discovered marijuana and a concealed loaded handgun in one of the involved vehicles. The driver of the vehicle, a 21-year-old, was issued a summons for the traffic violation, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

A vehicle was pulled over Thursday just before 1 a.m. for having expired tags in the 400 block of South Sandusky Street. However, during the stop police found marijuana and the driver was taken into custody for possession of marijuana.
