Delaware police report:

A .44 magnum and three other pistols were reported stolen from a residence on Magnolia Drive Friday morning. The 69-year-old owner said the theft must have happened in the last three weeks. A suspect was identified and subsequently arrested.

An iPhone was stolen from a doctor’s office on Central Avenue Friday morning. The phone was reportedly worth $100. Police have no suspects.

A 30-year-old homeless man was found in the possession of cocaine and stolen credit cards Friday afternoon in the area of OhioHealth Boulevard. He was taken to the county jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

A fight was reported at AMVETS Post 3 on London Road Friday night. Police learned a man had assaulted two fellow patrons inside the post. The assailant had fled when officers arrived. Police arrested a second man for disorderly conduct when he caused a disturbance while officers were investigating. The case remains open and officers are investigating the identity of the assailant.

A man was threatened at his home on Silver Maple Drive Saturday about 2:30 a.m. The man told police a friend of his and his friend’s friend threatened him with a knife. Police say the man is a witness in a pending criminal case against the friend. Both suspects were located at a nearby apartment and arrested. They were charged with intimidating a witness and aggravated menacing, and taken to the county jail.

Two phones were stolen from car while it was parked on North Washington Street overnight Friday. Police used GPS software to track the devices and located them in the possession of an 18-year-old. He was charged with receiving stolen property and taken to the Delaware County Jail.

Police spoke to a man walking in the area of West Harrison Street and South Franklin Street Sunday just before 2:30 a.m. Police found the man in possession of an unknown substance. The substance was sent to a police lab. Charges may be filed when the lab results come back.

A car was dented twice overnight Saturday while it was parked on Lake Street. Police have no suspects.

A bag containing marijuana was reported missing at Wal-Mart Sunday night. The bag was found and turned over to police, who then discovered the drugs inside. A man admitted the bag was his and was served charges of possession of marijuana.

An assault occurred at Cheesy Pete’s Pizza Sunday night. Police were flagged down by a witness in the area of Lake Street who said her husband assaulted a male with a metal bar. The victim declined medical attention and police took a report. Later, police found the husband who acknowledged the confrontation but said the other man was the aggressor. The husband was taken into custody, charged with assault and disorderly conduct, and taken to the Delaware County Jail.
