Delaware police report:

Officers were summoned to Grady Memorial Hospital after a 13-year-old boy was injured by a small explosion Sunday afternoon. Police learned the boy had suffered an injury to his hand after he was experimenting with dry ice and a plastic bottle containing the ice exploded. A report was taken and forwarded to Children’s Services for review.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance call at a residence on McKinley Lane Monday night. Officers spoke to both parties and learned no injuries had been sustained and no one wanted to press charges. No charges were filed.

A bicycle was stolen from outside an apartment on Forest Brooke Way Monday afternoon. Police were told an unknown male was seen during the bike away from the apartment.

Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies report:

A man called 9-1-1 to report someone breaking into his home on Tabilore Loop in Delaware Sunday. However, he called back moments later, telling authorities that it was a misunderstanding and the “intruder’ was his mother returning home. No charges were filed.
