Part of East Powell Road to close

The Delaware County Engineer will be closing East Powell Road between Hickory Ridge Court and Bale Kenyon Road for the reconstruction of the west leg of the intersect. The road will close Wednesday, Sept. 21 and is scheduled to open Friday, Nov. 11.
