Delaware police report:

Police were summoned to a disturbance at apartments on West Winter Street Saturday night. Police arrived and made contact with two residents of an apartment and their neighbor. One of the residents, a 51-year-old, became disorderly with police and refused to calm down. She was placed under arrested for persistent disorderly conduct and while she was on her way to the jail she made verbal comments about killing the other parties involved in the incident. It is unclear what the initial disturbance was about.

A man was lying in the road Sunday just after 4 a.m. in the area of Estelle Street and Central Avenue. Police found the man and learned he was highly intoxicated. He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital due to injuries on his face from falling down. He was issued a summons to appear in Delaware Municipal Court for disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
