Delaware police report:

A 35-year-old man was charged with criminal damaging and disorderly conduct after he used his car to push a family member’s car out of his way. Police said they were called to a dispute on Bank Street Tuesday evening. Police learned several members of a family were arguing about equipment and wages for a job one of the family members did. During the argument, several family members used their vehicles to block the 35-year-old’s exit but he got in his vehicle and pushed the other out of the way, damaging his family member’s vehicle. Officers mediated the situation, separated the parties and issued a summons to appear in court for the damage done to the car and for the man’s disorderly conduct.

A boombox was stolen from a business on Nutter Farms Lane Monday. It was valued at $120.

Police pulled over a vehicle that was missing a headlight on West William Street Wednesday just before 3 a.m. The driver was found to have an outstanding warrant for a probation violation and officers found drug abuse instruments during the stop. The man was charged with possessing and concealing drug abuse instruments.
