Delaware police report:

An officer on patrol in the the area of the 100 block of South Sandusky Street was flagged down by a man who had a head-wound. The victim, a 20-year-old, said he had just been in a fight with another man near a business on South Sandusky Street. Medics were called and took the man to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment. A report was filed and an investigation is ongoing. Police report they were attempting to make contact with the alleged assailant.

A 57-year-old man told police Monday that he had lost his wallet or it had been stolen sometime in the past day. He said he wasn’t sure and admitted that he had a little too much to drink and couldn’t remember. Police were investigating one lead he provided Monday.
