Delaware County Grand Jury issues indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Friday including several charges including gross sexual imposition and assault against a Galena man.

Vance T. Crotty, of Galena, was indicted and charged with kidnapping, a second-degree felony; trespass in habitation, a fourth-degree felony; gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony and a count of assault, a first-degree misdemeanor.

The offenses are alleged to have occurred on Oct. 27. An arraignment for Crotty has not yet been set.

Other individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

Ethan Lowther, currently incarcerated in Orient, Ohio, on one count of trespassing in habitation, a fourth-degree felony; a count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor and one count of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Alexus S. Trubee, of Marion, on one count of trespassing in habitation, a fourth-degree felony; a count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor and one count of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Darius Hunter, of Columbus, on one count of robbery, a second-degree felony; and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Brandon R. Short, of Columbus, on one count of robbery, a second-degree felony; and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Elijah P. Roberts, of Lewis Center, on one count of failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, a third-degree felony and obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony.

Travis L. Moore Jr., of Dayton, on two counts of theft and two counts of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies.

Moncierra F.M. Taylor, of Dayton, on two counts of theft and two counts of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies.

Joshua Michael Seely, of Delaware, on seven counts of receiving stolen property, four fifth-degree felonies and three first-degree misdemeanors; a count of burglary, a second-degree felony; a count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony and a count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Jeffrey L. Wallace, of Columbus, on one count of burglary, a third-degree felony; a count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Jordan T. Hart, of Columbus, one two counts of theft, one fourth-degree felony and one fifth-degree felony.

Steven M. Neal, of Pataskala, Ohio, on one count of unauthorized use of property, a fifth-degree felony.

Robert L. Carter Sr., of Blacklick, Ohio, on four counts of identity fraud, one first-degree felony and three fifth-degree felonies; misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony and two counts of receiving stolen property, first-degree misdemeanors.

Andre Blount, of Columbus, on one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony and a county of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Brian C. Adkins, of Cleveland, on one count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.

Charles Matthew Smith, of Delaware, on one count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

Kevin J. Watson, of Columbus, on one count of burglary, a third-degree felony and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Christopher M. Clark, on two counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

Jodie Ann Monnette, of Delaware, on two counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

George A. Fisher, of Delaware, on one count of violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony.

Tabatha Radcliff, of Delaware, on two counts of assault, one fifth-degree felony and one first-degree misdemeanor.

No arraignments in Delaware County Common Pleas Court have been scheduled.
