Delaware police report:

• Police recovered a street sign that was stolen from Upper Arlington Saturday night. Ohio Wesleyan University Public Safety Officers contacted police and reported the sign was found on campus. The matter is under investigation.

• A behavioral health report was taken in the 400 block of West William Street Monday around 4 a.m. Family members at the home reported a female was overheard making threats to her family members. The woman was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for a mental health evaluation. No charges were filed.

• Employees at United Dairy Farmers called police Monday night to report a customer had paid with a fraudulent $100 bill. The customer denied knowing it was fake and cooperated with the investigation. The investigation is inactive pending further information.

• Police responded to a vehicle crash in the 200 block of West Winter Street Tuesday just before 3:15 a.m. The driver of the vehicle was found to be intoxicated and under the age of 21. The 19-year-old woman was arrested and charged with OVI.
