Delaware police report:

• A man reported his bike was stolen from his home on Fair Avenue Tuesday afternoon. He said the bike had been stolen sometime since the morning prior and was worth $650.

• Police were summoned to a home on Mineral Court Tuesday afternoon to deal with an unruly juvenile. A grandfather report his grandson, who was on probation with the Delaware County Juvenile Court, was refusing to attend a court ordered treatment appointment. Officers mediated the situation and contacted the juvenile’s probation officer. An unruly juvenile charge was forwarded to the juvenile court for further proceedings.

• A traffic stop was conducted in 300 block of South Sandusky Street Tuesday night. Upon investigating, officers found the driver, a 30-year-old man, was in possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody for possession.

• Police were summoned to a domestic disturbance at an apartment on Pebble Place Drive Wednesday just before 2 a.m. Police spoke to an girlfriend and boyfriend who had been drinking and each complained that the other had assaulted them. Neither party had visible signs of injury and officers learned the man had consumed a large dose of medication in attempt to harm himself. When questioned, the man admitted to taking it and he was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment. No charges were filed after both parties declined prosecution.
