The holiday season of giving is getting under way. On Tuesday, Doug Hines, owner of Amanda Plumbing (left); Al Roop, former owner of Roops Brothers Bar (center) in Delaware; and Josh Moore, current co-owner of Roops, posed with a check made out to the People in Need organization. Hines is the first person to donate to the 10th annual Roop’s “Toy Drop Off” event that will be held on Dec. 5 from noon to 5:30 p.m.
