Delaware police report:

• A driver summoned police to the area of U.S. 23 and U.S. 42 Tuesday afternoon. Police found the driver and a passenger in a vehicle pulled to the side of the road. The driver explained that she was a behavioral health worker and said the passenger was her client. She told police that as they were driving, her client punched her in the face. The client acknowledge the assault and said it was because the woman was driving too fast. The driver had no signs of injury and did not want to press charges. Police took a report to document the incident.

• Police were asked to check on the well being of a resident on Braumiller Crossing Drive Tuesday afternoon. Police found the man unresponsive due to intoxication and suspected he was suicidal. He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment and a mental health evaluation.

• A 46-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon after she was caught switching price tags for several items at Walmart. She was charged with theft and released.
