A Delaware County Grand Jury issued three indictments Friday.

• David Joseph Hilt, 48, of Delaware, on two counts of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol, third-degree felonies. According to the indictment, Hilt has been convict of OVI in seven other cases in Delaware County Common Pleas Court, Delaware Municipal Court, Fairfield Municipal Court and Joliet Municipal Court.

• George Anthony Fisher, 51, of Delaware, on six counts of violating a protection order, fifth-degree felonies and one count of menacing of stalking, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Jan. 9 at 9 a.m.

• Kenneth L. Page, of Columbus, on one count of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony.
