Delaware police report:

A fight occurred in the parking lot of The Jug Wednesday night. Officers were responding to the call when they saw a man walking through the parking lot with injuries to his face. Officers learned the man had been assaulted by several other people in the parking lot but did not wish to press charges. Jug employees backed up the man’s story and asked police to tell the man he was not welcome at the business in the future. No charges were filed.

A husband and a wife were fighting at their home on West Central Avenue Tuesday night. Officers spoke to the couple who said it was only an argument and no one had been injured or wanted to press charges.

A student at Woodward Elementary brought a knife to school Wednesday. The school resource officer filed a report indicating that the student did not make threats or cause any harm with the knife. He was disciplined by the school and no criminal charges were filed.
