Delaware police report:

A vehicle parked in the 600 block of Belleview Court was broken into overnight Tuesday. The owner reported Wednesday morning that the rear window of the vehicle was broken out. There are no suspects.

An officer was summoned to a residence on Ross Street Wednesday afternoon after a resident reported illegal dumping. Police learned five quarts of oil and two oil filters were illegally dumped at the residence. Police identified two suspects and report that charges are being filed.
