Delaware police report:

Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of West Central Avenue and Buehler Drive Thursday evening. During the traffic stop a plastic bag containing raw marijuana was discovered on the driver’s person. The 21-year-old was issued a citation for possession of marijuana.

An officer was flagged down in the area of West Central Avenue and Lexington Boulevard Thursday just before 11:15 p.m. The woman who flagged the officers down had just seen officers when they investigated an individual and warned them that they could be charged with disorderly conduct via intoxication earlier that night. The woman said she was escorting that man home when he jumped out of her moving car and went back to the bar on North Sandusky Street. The man was located a short time later and arrested for disorderly conduct.

A traffic stop was conducted in the area of East William Street and North Henry Street Friday just before 12:20 a.m. During the stop an unknown white powder believed to be a controlled substance was located. The powder was sent to the Bureau of Criminal Investigation for analysis. The investigation is ongoing.
