Delaware police report:

Police were summoned to Meijer Wednesday evening after a fraud was reported. The victim reported she had lost $321.40 as the result of the fraud and police are investigating.

A woman reported Wednesday that she accidentally purchased a stolen item via Facebook. Police began an investigation but no charges have been filed at this time.

An investigation was started after employees at a pharmacy on South Sandusky Street contacted police and informed them someone had tried to obtain prescription drugs with a counterfeit prescription.

A caller reported a drunken driver in the area of East William Street Wednesday night. Police initiated a traffic stop but found the driver was not impaired. However, they learned the driver had an active warrant for his arrest and he was taken into custody for a previous drug charge.
