State Route 315 work set

Starting Monday, May 8 at 7 a.m., State Route 315 will be closed between Orange Road and Home Road to replace two culverts. The detour will be SR 315 to US 23 to Orange Road to SR 315 or reverse. Completion is May 12.

Also, State Route 315 north of SR 750 to Retreat Lane will close for 3 and ½ months or 100 days for construction of the stabilization wall. The detour is SR 750 to US 23 to SR 315 or reverse. Wall construction will occur during daytime hours only. Both directions of SR 750 will remain open. Completion is May 8.

Steitz Road closing

The Delaware County Engineer will be closing Steitz Road between Hyatts Road and Home Road for a culvert replacement. The road will close on Monday, May 1 and reopen on Thursday, May 4.

Reunion planned

Ashley/Brown/Elm Valley/Buckeye Valley Alumni Association 2017 Reunion will be held at the Kilbourne United Methodist Church, 5591 State Route 521, Kilbourne, on Saturday, May 27.

Doors open at 4:30 p.m., serving starts at 6 p.m. The church will be serving dinner and reservations are required. All attenders will be offered steak, chicken or a vegetarian meal, priced at $16 per meal.

You are also welcome to attend the meeting and social hour without reservations. Reservations are required for the meal.
